Content guidelines for adult AI video creation
Learn how consent, adult participation, intellectual property, privacy, safety, and applicable law govern every creation.
Run this checklist before a Rule 34 Seedance prompt, upload, download, or external share.

Confirm adulthood, consent, and purpose
Every depicted person must be unambiguously an adult and must have agreed to the specific AI processing and intended adult use. A creator must also respect privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, and contractual rights that apply to the source and result.
Requests outside the Rule 34 Seedance boundary
The service cannot be used for sexual material involving a minor or ambiguously young person, non-consensual intimate imagery, coercion, exploitation, trafficking, sexual violence, deceptive real-person impersonation, illegal conduct, or abusive content.
Authorize every input and planned use
A prompt can still violate a person's rights even when no file is uploaded. Before using a name, likeness, voice, private detail, reference image, or generated result, verify the permission needed for both creation and planned distribution.
Label and distribute synthetic media carefully
Review the completed image or video before it leaves the private workspace. Do not use a synthetic scene to harass, defraud, shame, or falsely attribute conduct to a person; provide context whenever an audience could reasonably read fiction as a real event.
A catalog choice does not change the rules
Rule 34 Seedance and an enabled generation provider may reject a prompt, source, or output when a safety signal cannot be resolved. Switching models, resolutions, or input modes never turns prohibited material into an acceptable request.
Send a focused rights or safety report
Tell support where the material appears, why you believe it is unauthorized or harmful, and how the team can locate the related task or account. Share only the evidence needed to investigate, and never email a password, complete card number, or avoidable intimate attachment.
Check policy before generating
- Read Trust and Safety for review and reporting details.
- Review the Terms of Use for account obligations.
